Therapy for Adults Ages 16 - 26 +
Support through life’s biggest transitions—with space to process, grow, and thrive.
What we focus on:
If you’re dealing with pressure—from school, family, social media, relationships—and maybe even questions about who you are, what you want, or where you belong.
At It’s Our Space, we hold space for:
- Stress, anxiety, and burnout
- Depression and emotional lows
- Identity, self-worth, and confidence
- Relationship struggles (family, friends, dating)
- School, work, or life transitions
- Feeling disconnected, unmotivated, or stuck
Whether you’re in high school, college, working, or figuring it out—this is a space where you don’t have to have all the answers.
What Sessions Look Like:
Sessions are held virtually, last 60–75 minutes, and are led by skilled facilitators who are culturally responsive and trained in trauma-informed care, CBT, and DBT. They show up with warmth, realness, and a deep understanding of the communities we serve.
In session, we:
- Create a space where it’s okay to not be okay
- Hold real, honest conversations (no filters needed)
- Explore coping tools and emotional regulation
- Talk about boundaries, goals, and relationships
- Build community with others who get what you’re going through
You’re not expected to overshare. You set the pace. We just give you a space where you can actually breathe.
Why This Works:
Because we’re not trying to “fix” you—we’re here to support you as you figure things out. Group therapy works because you get to talk, listen, relate, and grow with others who are in it with you. The group becomes a space where you’re reminded:
You’re not alone.
You can learn to handle what life throws at you.
You matter here.
